The lawsuit follows recent NYT articles scrutinizing Trump's associations with Jeffrey Epstein, which the White House has vehemently denied.

Trump's social media post lambasted the Times for what he described as "decades-long method of lying" about his family, businesses, and political movements. He cited the paper's endorsement of Kamala Harris as evidence of systemic bias. Other media outlets, including CBS News and ABC News, were also accused of disseminating misleading information.
